Tactical Laser Tag is a game full of fun and excitement as well as challenges that bring great sport and competition. This is a family oriented activity and in order to make it enjoyable, fair, and safe for everyone; there are a few rules that need to be followed.

First and foremost, we use some taggers that highly mimic real life firearms. Just like any other gaming system prop or toy, one can easily identify our taggers from the real thing by the bright orange marker on the barrel (similar to that found on other kids toys such as nerf guns and squirt guns) as well as the LED screen on the side. That being said, report any tagger missing the bright orange marker to an adult or our staff immediately, and it is important to always treat any gun you find as if it were real.

 

WAIVERS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE PLAYING OR ENTERING THE LASER TAG ARENA

Waivers are only available through our website and are valid for one year. We suggest filling out waivers before your visit to help with check in time.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

- Anyone under the age of 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign our Waiver prior to playing. This can be filled out on our website for convenience.

- 10 to 13 year olds and under are required to have an adult present at Tactical Tag during game play.

- 5 to 9 year olds are required to have a playing adult with them at all times in the laser tag arena.

PERSONAL CONDUCT

- Do not physically touch any other players or their taggers. 

- No profanity or vulgar language is to be used or directed towards any other players or our staff.

- No running, jumping, climbing, or laying down.

- All players must be wearing proper shoes. No open toe shoes allowed, no exceptions. 

Failure to adhere to the personal conduct policy will result in expulsion from facility.

REFUNDS

Tickets purchased are for a particular date and time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, transaction cancellations or exchanges will be issued for date/time changes. Failure to arrive for scheduled time will result in forfeiture of ticket and no refund will be given. All prices are listed in US Dollars and include sales tax.

PRIVACY

We have many video and audio recording devices in the arena as well as security cameras throughout our facility. We will not sell video/audio of you or any personal identifiable information to a 3rd party, we do however reserve the option to use any video automatically captured by our system for advertising and marketing purposes.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation time to get you checked in and set up.  If you arrive late you may miss your session and we may not be able to book you in a later time slot.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Tactical Tag LLC is not responsible for personal belongings on our premises. If we have lockers, you may use our lockers only while you are on the premises; you may not leave any personal belongings in a locker overnight. Do not bring or store any valuables on the premises, including watches, jewelry or large amounts of cash. Do not leave valuables in plain view in your vehicle. Be sure your vehicle is locked. We are not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property, whether from lockers, vehicles or other locations on the premises. Please inquire in person at the front services desk for lost articles that may have been found.

ALCOHOL, SMOKING/VAPING, and DRUGS

NO outside alcohol shall be consumed on the premises. No alcohol shall be consumed in the parking lots. Drug use is banned on Tactical Tag premises at all times. Violation of this policy will result in immediate expulsion from the premises and potential law enforcement involvement. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or within 25 feet of the entrance.

FOOD and BEVERAGES

If you book a party package with us, you are welcome to bring in your own food and drinks to supply your party. Food and drinks are to be consumed in the lobby at the designated party area. Water bottles are allowed in briefing room to drink between games. No outside alcohol permitted. We have a selection of adult beverages for your enjoyment, that may be purchased during your visit.
